Three locals who started their own thing
Isaac, Connor and Cooper grew up in the Fraser Valley. In 2026 we stopped working for other people and built Bread&Butter Exteriors instead.
Our story
We all grew up here — the same valley, the same rain, the same green stuff creeping up the north side of every house by February. We'd seen enough exterior cleaning done badly, and enough companies that treat a house like a number on a route sheet, to figure we could do it better ourselves.
So in 2026 the three of us started Bread&Butter Exteriors. The name is the point: this isn't a side hustle. Windows, siding, roofs, gutters and pressure washing are our bread and butter, and the work we do today is what books us next spring.
What that means for you: a locally founded company that takes the details seriously. We soft wash siding and roofs, clean frames, tracks, sills and screens with the windows, and flush downspouts when we clear the gutters.
Right now we cover the entire Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. The plan is country wide, and we're building toward it one clean house at a time.
